Senior Electrical Engineer

Griffith and Vary, Inc. is looking for a Professional Electrical Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be able to perform electrical engineering designs with minimal assistance from a senior PE. Further, the ideal candidate will be able to manage his/her own projects and project teams. The successful candidate will be involved in all aspects of a project from concept through design, bidding and permitting support, through Construction. The ideal candidate will have an entrepreneurial spirit, become part of a talented and fun team and have a client-centric attitude.

Job Responsibilities

• Design, Review and Stamp Electrical Drawings

• Construction Administration

Qualifications

• BS in Electrical Engineering
  Licenses/Registrations: Professional Engineer License (PE) required
  10+ years of Building Electrical Design experience
  Project Management experience in building power, lighting, and fire alarm
  Application knowledge of electrical, building, and energy codes
  Provide direction to Designers and CAD Technicians
  Prior management experience preferred
  Strong verbal and writing skills
